My name is Sophie. I am from Shreveport, LA. My art shows that love and equality for everyone can heal humanity. People of different color, religion and cultures should live together with unity as One.
You should vote for me because I spent hours on this I try really hard and I put a lot of effort in it.
I made this piece of art for school to show equality for everyone. All different types of people can come together. It shows that everyone is the same and different.
In September, I started middle school. I met new people, made new friends, and learned more complex things. In my art class, we are starting a realistic drawing unit. I really liked drawing a human eye, and I thought that I would submit one for Global Aspiring Artists. Please vote for me as I take a lot of time working on these inside and outside school.
This prompt was very hard for me to come up with a piece of art that fit. I usually draw sad or angry things so this was a learning experience for me. I wouldn't call this art happy, but it expressed emotions I don't express much in my drawings. I have always been fond of drawing and coloring much more than the other media. I think there are lots of wrong things in the world that need to be fixed. People can't understand others because they are not seeing what others are, which causes a misunderstanding. This drawing symbolizes point of view. One eye sees something different, but the rest are stubborn and unchanging but slowly... they change to step into someone else's shoes and see a different point of view. Slowly, the community will change and this is called the butterfly effect. My hope is for everyone to be able to empathize with everyone else, and this will create healing.
Summer vacation for me is to go to the beach and enjoy the sun and sand, make sandcastles with my friends and play with the beach toys.
My name is Takki. I love drawing. I draw summer.
I am a 7 year old who loves nature and loves art! I was thinking about summer and how much I love nature and I came up with a summer insect that I thought was very beautiful so I painted it. I thought about the background and the flowers and exactly how it should be painted. I hope people think this is as beautiful as real butterflies in the summer sky.
Doing art is my favorite hobby. I love using watercolors the most. Though I also use pencil colors, crayons, pastels, pens, markers etc. I try to create a lot of different things. I love drawing animals from my imagination as I love them. I love going on vacations and doing water sports. Boating is one of them. That is why I made the Sailing boat.
My name is Zaisha and I drew this picture as I like to go to beach. It is the perfect opportunity to absorb the sunny health benefits. I also enjoy playing in the beach, building sand castles and collecting seashells.
Roses are a beautiful flower which I love to draw. Hope you like it!
I am Tia. I wanted to draw a flower with lots of petals and I liked pastel colors.
When I think about the summer, I think of the giddy feeling of freedom from stifling classrooms and piles of homework. It makes me want to jump up and celebrate with my friends! In the past year, I decided to make the best of the coronavirus situation and pursue my creative endeavors. This is a scene from one of my creative endeavors: my children book, Isabelle and the Magic Bird. I wrote and illustrated the book. This piece also symbolized the freedom I hoped I would feel when I graduated high school. I published my childrenâs book, Isabelle and the Magic Bird, a week ago (book seen here: https://www.amazon.com/Isabelle-Magic-Bird-environment-childrens-ebook/dp/B095SXCX7C/ref=zg_bsnr_156003011_14?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1&refRID=PBVC9QH40VJRYG23QX0S).
I am Aayansh, a young artist who likes to share my imagination through my drawings and illustrations.
My name is Samara. I drew a building in NYC and trees and flowers because it reminded me of Spring by my home. I also drew a Cherry Blossom tree and added a really really really really big blue sky with the sun. I also drew grass and pretty trees. I also love Spring because I love the smell of flowers and the air.
Spring.
My name is Nehal and I am in Kindergarten. I love art I want to be an artist when I grow up. I love drawing and painting.
Hi my name is Nina, I am 7 years old and I am from the Netherlands. I love nature very much and I also like to spot birds with my grandmother. I sat looking outside and saw all kinds of trees, beautiful and especially different trees. I thought: why not make one myself? So I got to work. I love spring so much because everything is slowly coming back to life.
I really enjoy waking up to the laughter of a Green Woodpecker or a singing Blackbird. I hope you vote for my artwork. Thank you!
NA
Spring is the season of new beginnings, hope, fresh buds bloom. So I was inspired to draw this picture of cherry blossom and the green grasses showing bright colours, freshness and hope.
My name is Cate, and there are many reasons why I love Spring. As you can see in my picture, I believe in fairies. In the first section, Rosetta, the garden fairy, Iridessa, the light fairy, and Silvermist, the water fairy, are working together to grow a sunflower. The second section shows me waking up to my birthday! My birthday is in Spring. (Fun fact: Dwayne Johnson - Maui from Moana - has the same birthday!) The third section shows a book of flowers because I would like to find where different flowers grow. People should vote for my art because it is inspiring people to care for the earth and flowers.
My name is Ayala. I chose to draw a taxi, rainbow and flowers because they remind me of the spring time in NYC which is where I live. They also remind me of the flowers blooming in Central park. The Rainbow brightens my day even when it rains.
Iâm an young artist with aspiring dreams. My art talks about the young girlâs encounter with the fish when going for a swim during spring.
Iâm an young artist with wild thoughts and independent nature. My art is all about me who like to do a spring dance with my pup. The wild hair, the curious pup and the twirling wind represent spring.
Hii! I love art and flowers so this was a perfect thing to draw. It is a drawing of hydrangeas which are my favorite flowers. I have spent 8 months making this. I really hope you like it.
Love, ArtsyGirl101
My name is Rohan and I love to draw. I started drawing at a young age and have hopefully gotten better. We were drawing nature in art class so I was inspired to draw something. This is based on the lovely weather outside and how many different colors there are in a single leaf. I hope you vote for my drawing... Thank you!
Hello! My name is Arthur, I'm 14, and I'm inspired by big artists on youtube (EX; sir fluff , Typh , and aimkid!) I've always wanted to be big like them, but my art has never EVER been seen by people. I think I should win because I love to use my art for the greater good, such as drawing things for other people and making little gifs saying "thank you for being my friend".
Hi! My name is Zahra Bardai and I am a thriving artist. Nevertheless, ever since I was a child, I loved to paint and not only on canvases but also exploring paint with all five senses. I love the aroma and the feeling of the cool sensation of the paint running through my fingers. I love art and I love the vibrant colors that paint and different colors brings to my life. I was inspired to paint the colorful different scenes of the sunset because spring is all about rebirth and I believe that my painting really expresses and brings itself to the audience by depicting the beautiful colors of the chaning sunset and the different weather that starts to bloom in springs along with the nature! I hope that my painting be voted for the Global Aspiring Artists because I truly believe that art is one of the main elements of the world that bring color to life. Thank you.
Hi, my name is Ayushi. My drawing was inspired by spring. The most obvious thing that comes to mine when thinking of spring is flowers. To me, spring is flowers, but also a vibrant time of year, a colorful and gorgeous time of year, as well as a time to grow. My piece represents all the things I think of when I think of spring. I think of flora, such as a tulip, bright colors, and growth, which plants often do. My drawing is definitely worth voting for, especially if you think that spring has sprung when you see natureâs true colors reappear.
My name is Forrest, and true to my namesake, I've always been deeply connected to the natural world. My piece 'Wildwood' is inspired by the beauty of the wilderness as it comes to life in spring. Wildwood is the name for an expanse of wilderness untouched by man. To me, this word calls up images of vivid colors, the unrefined beauty of nature, and freedom.
As I created it, my thought process was drawn to the parts of one's soul that are equally free, untouched by the environment around us, the parts most essential to our own nature. I believe that we all have our own wildwood; just as it is crucial to preserve the forests that host such a breadth of biodiversity in flora and fauna, we should also strive to protect the part of ourselves that bloom with our own hopes and dreams, nurturing and keeping alive the natural beauty both around us and inside us. I hope that everyone who believes in the same goal will vote for my art and pursue this dream together.

Hi, Iâm Sebastian and I love to draw things that make me feel inspired. I love musical theater and one day dream of being on stage. I chose to draw Sweeney Todd and Mrs. Lovett from the Musical Sweeney Too because one day I want to play the role of Sweeney Todd. I think people should choose my art because it tells a story and draws them in too! I have taught myself to draw and truly enjoy using the smudging technique. Itâs fun getting dirty with the charcoal pencils!
DECEMBER RUNNER-UP!
My name is Aishani. My passion has always been art, specifically painting. I was inspired by a Bob Ross video that I watched. He had many realistic paintings and I wanted to paint like him. I always ask my parents to take pictures of beautiful sights I see, and then I try to paint them. I chose this painting for the contest because I find birds to be very colorful, and I had seen this bird on a walk one day.
My art is about showing that even though there is Covid here that doesn't cheer for the holidays. My drawing show that my cheer is still here. Please vote for me!
I like doodling in my free time and like trying out new art stuff. During the pandemic I tried mixing food and art and created these miniature food art projects....you should vote for me because my art has food and art combined together ....meal deal
I had these pieces of artwork from my art class and decided to share It
I call it " A View of Sports" because eyes can see all kinds of different things, for example, sports. Eyes can also see inside your brain for things like your goals and aspirations. The idea came for it in art class when we were studying Salvador DalĂ, so I decided to make a surrealistic eye.
I just wanted to share my art! I worked really hard on it. I just want everyone to see it! I like the holidays and that's why I created it.
My art is a sculpture based off the awe inspiring artist Jean DuBuffet, who loved to create patterns and swirls and crazy ideas nobody else thought of doing. I made the drawing and based off of that, made a totem pole kind of thing which is a mixture of a sculpture and a piece from Jean DuBuffet. People should vote for me because I am showing true art, art which makes you think and see the world in a different way, art which brings out a new definition. That is why piece should be voted.
This is a simple artwork based on a famous artist, Barbara Kruger. She does simple pictures with words somewhere in the photo. She always uses Black, White and Red. The words here, are based off RenĂŠ Descartesâs quote âI think, Therefore I Am.â I made a spin off with a pirate (teddy bear) with a photoshopped peg leg, eye path and sword. âI Conquer Therefore I Amâ means that conquering is his life, thatâs what he does, itâs simple, thatâs what his life is!
This is digital art and I found this website because of my classmates. I usually draw girls but this time I drew a rose.
My piece was inspired by the holiday season. I love this time because its a way to be with friends and family. Although this year it cant be like that, we try to make the best of it, by being closer with the people that we love. The meaning of my piece is that even though the ornament is all alone, it still knows that the people who love them are in itâs heart.
I am Madhavendra Thakur, Math Addict, Technology Afficionado and 12 year old founder of The Poetific Foundation, a place where you can see poetry written by children they is focused on connecting back to the roots of what poetry is. I made this artwork to show what I truly am, it has to do with seeing the beauty in. numbers and looks digital, like I do. It is still artistic, however, and thinks out of the box, combining the art styles of both Piet Mondrian as well as Jasper Johns, two artists who are wildly different in their approach yet still eccentric in their own ways. I am here to be eccentric myself, to showcase my dizzying personality with one piece of art that describes me.
I'm Megan, and I've been drawing since I was very young. Drawing is my preferred medium, as I feel it gives a lot of freedom to immediately convey your ideas on paper. This drawing was originally a doodle, but evolved into much more as I added to it. It is a compilation of a line a day, creating something much bigger than each line.
Art is a fun activity for me to express myself! This piece is a reflection of spring and symbolizes new beginnings. It shows that there are always new opportunities and hope for the future.
Hello! My name is Narina, and I am currently 13 years old. This artwork is called "Time", and it displays the growth of a little girl with the stages of the sun. At sunrise, we have a little toddler making her first steps. At dawn, we have a 8 year old girl on her swing. At daytime, we have a 12 year old girl climbing a tree. At sunset, we have a teenager curling up by her tree, exhausted from life earlier than one should be. And finally, at nightfall, we have a young woman walking away, leaving her past behind her. This can be interpreted however the viewer wishes.
DECEMBER RUNNER-UP!
Iâve been practically obsessed with drawing since second grade. I remember I would tell my mom I wanted to join an art class every time we drove by a school. I was always inspired by people. As much as I donât like drawing people, thatâs what inspires me. I would paint landscapes because my mom really likes those types of paintings, I drew themed items like a fruit bowl for the kitchen because my art teacher really liked going with a theme, I drew minimalist stickers because my friend really liked that styleâI will always keep drawing stuff to see other people happy because thatâs what makes me happy. I think people should vote for my art because it represents something bigger than just âsadâ or âredâ or âkind,â but they should vote for whatever makes them happy.
DECEMBER WINNER!

I personally love flying, since I was 2, I have been on planes, and the experience of looking down on earth is breathtaking. For me, its like being in a dream. When I was taking out my paints and brushes, the first thing that came to my mind, was the sky, and planes. I wanted to really illuminate the sky and clouds like they were in a dream, and use so many colors, like the wizard of oz (one of my favorites) to help get across the dream like place where everything is possible.

I am Megan Groo, a 13 year old girl from New Jersey. I was inspired by the recent upsurge in the movement Black Lives Matter, and I thought a piece of artwork to exemplify this would be beneficial. The fist, a symbol dating back to John Carlos and Tommie Smith, can now be seen in many places. The fight for equality is not just a national fight, or a fight spanning a finite number of years. It is multi-generational, something spread over continents and centuries. This piece symbolizes the ongoing courage of oppressed minorities everywhere. Not meant to incite turmoil, but to lobby for peace. Voting for this piece spreads awareness further, reaching more eyes than it is now, and awareness can be a massive factor in social movements.

NOVEMBER RUNNER-UP!
My name is Noorain. I am 17 years old and from Houston (Texas). I am 12th grade senior year student. Creating art is my hobby and itâs a very effective way to stimulate the mind. An artistic hobby helps to improve our observation and hand-eye coordination. My artwork is based on the concept of Hope, Optimism, Peace, Motivation and Success. In my opinion they are all inter connected. It starts from believing in yourself. Never lose hope instead learn lessons from your failure. Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness. This COVID-19 Pandemic uncertainty is just a temporary phase of life and hope is the only weapon that gives us power to deal with all the obstacles and barriers in life. We make close relationship with God, to overcome worldly concerns because we trust and have faith that the presence of God watches over us, the power of God protects us and the love of God surrounds us. Always try to be a motivated person because motivated person is full of positive energy and optimism that leads that person to rise high and shine bright. Life will be miracle only if you know the direction in which to look. Never lose hope and make balance in life. If balance is out, you are out in the race of life.
